How to install a new failover node and discontinue the existing one?

We have a Primary Node and Secondary Node configured but we have decided to install a new Secondary Node on a different location and discontinue the old failover node?

We don't need to have the historic data from the old failover node but what to have the same cluster monitoring settings of the cluster probe group.

How can we achieve this?
