Why is Ping Jitter Down While Ping Is Up For Same Device?

The sensor Ping Jitter shows down while the sensor Ping shows up (there is a ping to the device)? This seems to be a contradiction.

Hello, the error that i see is the following one:

Ping jitter can't finish in time, increase the scanning interval or decrease the ping count

P.S.: Don't know if i double posted this question.

Have you increased the scanning interval or decreased the Ping count and does that have any effect?
