Hi,
I would like to ask regarding this log that I saw in our Probe device.
Status: Fallback to WMI
Mesaage: Could not log in using the specified credentials. Please make sure they are not only valid for the target system, but for the probe system aswell. (Performance Counter error 0xB0000004)
Why do I see this log? What is the reason? How I am going to fix it?
Regards,
CMM

Hi,
the message Fallback to WMI comes up in hybrid sensors when the sensor cannot connect to the target device using PerfCounters, then as self healing the sensor will use WMI to perform the query. The error you are getting and a way to fix the same is described in this article.
Best regards
