Two questions :)
1. Is it possible to modify the summary email template, ideally we want one email that lists all down sensors, the summary email doesn't actually list the sensor names initially just says
1. devicename - UP 2. devicenames - UP
When what we really want when a box goes down is one email for that device that says:
1. sensora down 2. sensorb down
I can't see to find a way to do this. Alternatively can we just get it to email on a per device basis, ie. this device has x issue, rather than 20 sensors alerting when snmp dies on a box.
2. Dashboard
Any way to modify the dashboard or devices list to just show all devices that have sensors with a 'critical' status, rather than show them all, and just highlight the ones that have bad sensors, I don't want to see any listed that don't have bad sensors.

We have a wishlist going on being able to edit the summary emails. I'll add you info here to the list.
The dashboards themselves cannot be edited but you can set up a custom map to show what you want and make that the default home page for a user or display it on a larger screen.
