NetFlow v 9 and Bit Torrent monitoring

I'd like to monitor bit torrent and file sharing traffic via a netflow sensor. I don't see a channel for these apps. How do I define channels?

You can create a custom Netflow sensor and then define the ports that you would like to monitor with customer channels as defined in this article.
