Public holidays in time schedules, schedule a probe

Is it possible to enable public holidays in schedules?

Can I schedule a probe? It seems that I am only able to schedule sensors.

Holidays has been asked for a number of times, but there is no eta on it.

You can't put a schedule on a probe, but you should be able to do it on any devices or groups on the probe. This would then inherit to all sensors if you wanted.
