I am having some issues wherein the users complain of slow internet connection despite us having Metro lines. The ISP says there is no problem on their side. How do I check the packet loss using PRTG and prove it to the ISP that the issue is on their side?

Hello,
thank you very much for your KB-Post. You could try using a QoS-Sensor to monitor for packet loss. This would require a Remote Probe in the WAN, to which the QoS Sensor from your Local Probe connects then (for example). But this should show packet loss for UDP at least then on the ISP side.
best regards.
