Update hundreds of sensors programmatically

I need to update the spike filter on several hundred sensors. Currently it's disabled, I need to enable it and set the min & max values. Can I do this using the api?

If these sensors all have the same channels, you can use multi-edit to change the values for many sensors at one time.
