How PRTG calculates downtime?

Hi Team,
We need to know how PRTG calculates the percent downtime. During the time frame one of the service is down for only 5 minutes but PRTG calculated the 13%.
I am having screenshot for this but not able to understand how to upload it with the question?
Please let me know in case more information required.
