I would like to display the last value of my sql statement in the graphs. At the moment only minimum and maximums of the values are displayed. Is there any chance to achieve that?

This is not possible to show in the graphs, they are rendered by software that is built into PRTG. You could create a custom map with the graph and then use a map object to show the last value of the sensor though.
