send announcement to all administrators

I have a site, where I have assigned some administrators. They take care of subsets of the installation. We don't work closely together. So whenever we have an update of the software, I would like to announce to all administrators on the system, the date I'm going to install the update.

Do you have a convenient way of "Mail to user Group" or something similar?

thank you very much for your KB-Post. Actually this is not possible (as of version 14.1.8), with the new Ticket System in PRTG. Just assign a new ticket to this user group, and they should get an email to the ticket. After the update you could close the ticket.
