Hi, How do I disable the ticket alerts emails? I have paused the notification but every time a new device is discovered I still get a ticket logged email. Can I disable the Ticket system entirely?

You can disable this email from being sent to users in the user's settings under Tickets as Emails. I'm afraid that there is no way to stop PRTG from creating tickets for system events.
