Runbook assigned to alerts

Is there a way to add a link to a given alert that can redirect a user to a runbook type document ? so on a given alert we can show a link that will take us to our documentation explaining our resolution process.

Do you mean an internal PRTG alert or an actual triggered notification (e.g. email)?
