How do I remove a specific tag from all sensors in a system?

I would like to clean up some of the tags that were automatically created when we set up our system (ie."diskspacesensor") as I would never reference that tag and it always shows up in menus, cluttering them up. How do I remove these tags without having to go into the settings of each sensor or device?

thank you very much for your KB-Post. I'm very much afraid the only way to remove tags in the moment, is indeed by editing the sensors / devices / groups individually and remove the tags there. I apologize for the inconvenience.
