I was looking for a possibility to define a more flexible user in terms of permissions. I need to create a read-only user, but allow it to run reports. Is there a way to do this? It is a bit poor regarding user creation process.

With a read-only user, you can create reports that they can access by changing the access rights on the settings for the report at the bottom. If you give them read or write access they will be able to see and run reports.
