I have a couple of users whose prtg accounts are active directory. They belong to a read only prtg group which corresponds to a read only AD group. I've removed the users from the read only AD group but in PRTG, the read only prtg group still lists the users as primary users. When I go into each of their prtg accounts, the read only prtg group is still listed under primary group but its grayed out. How do I go about removing the read only prtg group as their primary group?

You will have to remove the read-only AD group from PRTG then recreate it and have the users log in so that their new admin group will show as their primary group.
