Vmware Datastore Disk Size: Timeout during execution

Hi,

I have got on 1 vmware server this following error: Timeout during execution Sometimes it will say the diskspace but most of the time it's given a timeout. Is this is known problem?

Please let me know what to do.

Hi Lesley,

this error may happen when you have many datastores connected and / or at least one datastore is answering slowly to the df-request.

Please increase the "Shell Timeout (sec.)"-setting for these sensors to 10 or 20 seconds (defaults to 5 seconds).
