I added 3 switch 10.2.5.xxx

2 of them - CISCO 2960G reply to pings in PRTG no problem. The CISCO 4506 is the issue. I can ping it from cmd prompt but PRTG return an error: Status: Down; Request time out (ICMP error#11010)

Any idea ? Thanks

are you using the IP address in the PRTG device settings or the DNS name?

Does the PRTG PC have more than one IPs?
