Page Load timings incorrect

Using the Advanced HTTP Page sensor, I have compared the sensor bandwidth with our firewall logs and noticed discrepancies. The ISP-provided bandwidth has a limit of 2Mbps, but the sensor records much higher speeds. Even the speeds recorded below this limit are too high according to the firewall logs which record when the connection was opened and when the transfer finished. I will attach the sensor timings and related firewall log, if possible...
