no, this is not possible with native PRTG sensors. However you might write a own script which does the same and run the same using the EXE/Script or the EXE/Script Advanced Sensor.
Best regards EDIT: If the MAC addresses can be obtained via SNMP as string you might have a look at the SNMP Custom String Sensor as well.
