I have a Cisco 3750 switch with QoS configurations in place. I want to try using the CBQoS module but when I query the switch, PRTG shows 'No CBQoS Entries available'. This seems to be the same issue as this person:

I tried but I cannot reply to that thread so I have started this new one. Here are my QoS specifics:

I performed Custom OID & Walk with the string provided, here are my results. I have 2 Cisco devices I am trying to look at. As mentioned a 3750 switch, which is 192.168.84.1. Also a 3925 router, which is 192.168.84.35. I also performed a Scan Interfaces and the output was very long. Will that be helpful? I can post here or send it to you as an email attachment.

Hi,
it seems the switch/router is not providing the CBQoS data via SNMP correctly. This is why you are receiving the mentioned error message. May I ask you to consult the documentation of the device, if some special configuration is necessary here to provide the data via SNMP?

Hi,
may you as mentioned in the other thread, please perform an SNMP walk against the OID 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.166.1.5.1.1 using the SNMP Tester.
What are the results?
