Probe setup for packet sniffer

is it possible to setup a probe for packet sniffer using one NIC? i have two vlans, one for the mirror and another for the access to prtg core server. Is this possible?

it is of course possible, still we recommend to use a separate nic. But a lot depends on how much traffic you are sniffing.
