I have noticed that users don't have the "Device Tools" menu in both the WebUI and the Enterprise GUI. What is needed to allow users access to this?
I would really like to allow my support team to be able to access these things, but I don't really want to give them admin permissions to PRTG.
Thanks

Hello,
thank you very much for your KB-Post. For both 'Device Tools' the user type needs to be more than 'Read Only'. So a normal user should be able to access the Device Tools. Admin privileges are not necessary.
best regards.
