Is it possible to generate a report for a specific time interval ?
For example, can i generate a report for wednesday between 1pm and 5pm ?

yes that is possible.
in the report settings select to run the report
"Every specific day of a week",
select Wednesday from the drop down.
under Setup -> My Account -> Schedules
you can create your own schedule 1pm to 5pm
and then use that schedule in the report settings
under "Period"
"Report only for specific hours-of-day (Schedule)"
