We have set up an alert to count long running jobs over 3 mins for SQL. However, once the alarm is triggered and acknowledged: 1. Will the alarm trigger again if another job runs longer than 3 mins, even though it has been acknowledged? 2. If not, is there a way to trigger an alert again if previous acknowledged?

Once an alarm is acknowledged for a sensor, the only way for it to trigger an alarm again would be for the alarm to change status. That means it would either need to go into a passing state or paused state. If the sensor is in an alarm state and is acknowledged or not, the state won't change on another failure. Unfortunately there is no way to re-trigger an alarm that has been acknowledged.
