I have just found the Problem Upgraded HP Management Agents from 9.10 to 9.40 -> Now they work again

Hi, please check if the SNMP service/port is still available. Sometimes the OIDs will be change in different versions of the management agents. Please download our SNMP tester and try to connect to the device, for example the "Device uptime" is always available if the service is running and accessible.
