thank you very much for your KB-Post. Please be aware that we only provide technical support for PRTG (i.e. 'stuff does not work' or 'how does this stuff work') by email, we find that we can help much more users in the same amount of time then if we were doing that by phone, because we very often need screenshots and logfiles, which are much better 'transported' by email. In critical situations, like PRTG crashing for instance, we will of course not hesitate to initiate a remote session or call a customer.
Which exact errors do you then get? Could you please upload some screenshots showing the exact error messages on the sensors (from the "Overview"-Tab)? If the sensors are not in error-state right now, you can also check the "Log"-Tab of the sensor, to view previous error-messages.
