Prtg on android app time out

Setting up the android app and I get a time out error. I've turned off cell data and connect to the wifi to get on the same network as laptop which has prtg on it set the ip of my laptop and I get a connection time out. I can ping my laptop from the phone. Any suggestions.

Hi,
are you able to access the PRTG web interface from your phone?
This is necessary as the PRTG Android app needs to access the web interface in order to get data.
