upgrade from version 6.2 to 13.4

Is it possible to upgrade from version 6.2 to version 13.4? I am also migrating to a new computer as well, so I'd like to be able to export/import settings and historical data.

Unfortunately this isn't possible from version 6 to 13. The lowest version that we support upgrading from is version 7 unfortunately. So much of the system has changed since version 6, that the data would essentially be worthless or at least spurious at best if you were to try this conversion.
