Cisco switch netflow support

Hi, I would to know if the following devices are supported for the use of netflow (not netflow-lite):

3560x 2960x 5548up - working as L2 but has L3 support.

I want to know if it's possible to get netflow data from each of those devices. It will be better if they fully support it out of the box, but also if there is an extra module or license that is required - I would like to know.
