Very similar to https://www.paessler.com/en/topic/52903-map-stuck-on-loading-after-updating-to-13-2-3-2166 however I use Firefox 24 and IE 10.

When I open the public link for a map that is set to public access it just sits at Loading... The link is: http://FQDN/public/mapshow.htm?id=xx&mapid=5826CFC2-0694-419A-BFBD-78F5B4841356

did you try with the IP of the server instead of the FQDN?

All public maps are affected. I have tried with the IP and have the same result.

and the non public maps are working?

can your PRTG web interface be accessed from outside so that we could take a look at it ourself?
