How can I use sensor visuals from PRTG in other websites?

How can I use graphics from the PRTG-Webinterface in other websites (without using maps)? I know there is a way to embed graphs but is there a way for other visuals? By visuals I mean stuff like this: http://s22.postimg.org/fjhm4dff5/prtgvisual.jpg

thank you very much for your KB-Post. I'm afraid the only way to achieve this, would be with a Map as work-around, which is then embedded into the other website.
