Reporting Problems in a Comprehensible Way

Sometimes you need to record a series of screenshots in combination with comments in order to describe a problem replicable. In Windows 7 and Windows 8 there is a tool called Problem Steps Recorder available:

This tool supports you in creating a ZIP file with screenshot information of your steps, including text descriptions. You can send this file to our support team in order to describe an issue.
