my prob device disconnect without any reason and all of my sensors disconnected either .I stop PRTG server administrator and couldn't start it again and status remained on stop pending until I restart server .

my server specification is : Intel Xeon Cpu E5620@2.40GHz (CPU Usage is about 11%) 4GB RAM (Memory Usage is about 1Gb) Windows sever 2008 R2 (64bit)

so I suppose there isn't any hardware problem .

please help me what happen to my PRTG !
