We have a SonicWall TZ200 and the latest version of PRTG. When we ran the GURU and it did discovery it located the firewall, however, it's only giving us ping and http statistics. I've tried adding SNMP bandwidth sensor but it fails saying it's unable to connect.

I've confirmed the port, version of snmp .

Any thoughts on what I should be checking?

please download SNMP Tester and try scanning the target device for Uptime and Available Standard Interfaces. What are the results?

Couple of things to check..

1) Check SNMP is enabled overall. SonicOS 5.9 moves SNMP to it's sub-menu under System, previously it was under System > Administration (look for Advanced Management).

2) Check SNMP is enabled on the interface the PRTG probe is checking (eg LAN)
