Limiting users by username

We are looking to offer our clients the ability to login to our server and add sensors for their devices. We need to know if it is possible to limited the scanning intervals they are allowed to add by the login or if that is only set globally.

thank you very much for your KB-Post. I'm very much afraid the available scanning intervals can only be set for all users of PRTG. It's not possible to limit this per user/user group.
