SMS Notification Format

I'm trying to send notifications on the PRTG via sms using one of the service providers listed on here. The next step is adding the user right? what is the format of the phone number? Do i simply just put the phone number there?

thank you very much for your KB-Post. The recipients phone number needs to be entered under the Setup->Account Settings->Notifications then the according Notification, not the user I'm afraid:
