Connection Refused (Socket error #10061)

Hi , When i am trying to add HTTP advanced sensor to the Device. It is showing socket error 10061. But i could set up ping. It is working fine. Though i am trying to delete and create a new one I am unable to create a new one. I am getting the same error code. There is no firewall between them. Please let me know, How can i correct them.
