Number of processor changed

We have a server with 2 x 8 core CPU installed, this server is HT enabled so PRTG detect 32 processor in CPU Load Sensor. We decided to disable HT so the number of processor with be decreased to 16. However PRTG still display 32 processor. How can I change it? or I need to add another CPU Load Sensor?

Hi,
I'm afraid you will have to add a new CPU sensor as the number of channels (in your case the number of CPUs) cannot be changed after the sensor has been created.
