PRTG upgrade - 12 vs 13

We are currently running version 12.4.5.3165 of PRTG with version 13.3.4.2605 being the latest available. We are looking to upgrade however I'm struggling to find info on what new features have been introduced and what bugs have been resolved between versions. Is upgrading the software something you recomend customers do on a regular basis and is there any risk with upgrading the software? Many thanks.
