Hi,
I am trying to monitor a new 2012 server for the Event ID of 2213. This is within the DFS Replication log. I realise I can use either the WMI or Windows API event sensors to monitor logs. However neither of these seem to do what I need.
The API sensor does not monitor the logs I need and the WMI sensor only seems to give a #/s value which is fairly useless to me. Ideally I am looking for notification that the event occurs.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks

Hello,
thank you very much for your KB-Post. It should work with the WMI based Event Log sensor and a Change Trigger on it. This time it will always "fire" a notification, when the event occurs.
best regards.
