We have a couple of devices that we know are not always on. We have setup notifications to alert us if the device has been down for a full 2 days. However an alarm appears straight away on the alarm screen. Is there any way of making the alarm only appear after the 2 day down time like the notification?

Hi,
I'm afraid this is not possible, sorry. PRTG's notifications can be modified to trigger only after a certain time but it is integral part of the architecture that PRTG shows a sensors as down when there is an error or the target device is not available.
Best regards
