My iPRTG on iPhone 5 stopped working after upgrading from a demo to a purchased license.

We are running PRTG 13.2.3.2285 on a Win2012k virtual machine, iPRTG version is 3.3

The Android with the same settings/user works fine and I also can get to the portal using any web browser from outside out network.

The error I get on iPRTG is:

Error Loading Data [500] The operation couldn't be completed. (NSURLErrorDomain error 500.)

I installed iPRTG on an iPad and got the same error. The Android version keeps working fine. Could it be data related?

I connected the iPAD to our internal network and was able to make the iPRTG work.

The issue is between our Juniper SA2500 SSL/VPN device that acts as the front end for our PRTG server and the iOS.

Again, I only see the errors on the iOS devices, Android and PC can connect fine from the outside.

I will keep troubleshooting our VPN device.

Are you able to find out, from the Juniper logs, what URL & error it's encountering? Unfortunately, the iOS app doesn't show a terribly helpful error message, as you see :-)
