how can I change sensor's seetings

I'm reffering to remote temperature sensors, humidity on LIEBERT EMERSON.

Since this is a custom sensor that is pulling data from a specific OID, there is no way to have the sensor report a 0 when it goes into an error state.

You can set upper and lower limits for this channel to trigger different states but it will not display a 0 unless that is the value given by the OID.

This is possible by configuring the Channel Settings on the sensor accordingly.
