None of my 100 days graphs are showing dates on the x axis from the 1/4/13. My 30 days & 2 days graphs do not have this problem. I am using PRTG Network Monitor 13.2.3.2284 x64.

Hi,
this might be caused by a corrupted Graph Cache. Please try recreating the same. In PRTG Server Administrator go to tab Memory Usage and set the tick for recalculate the graph cache and apply with OK. Your PRTG Core Service will now restart and afterwards the Cache will be created from scratch. Depending on the number of sensors this might take up to 2 hours during which you might see no graphs at all.
Best regards

Hi, I've recalculated the graph cache. I am seeing the graph data, but not the dates on the x-axis still.

Hi,
please check your monitoring database folder for what contents are in there. Is there any file older than 1/4/13?

I have folders for each day up to today. Within these folders I have 8 devicexxx.prd files.
