I have one user that the devices list never loads for them in the Web interface. I've had them try on my browser which I've confirmed works for my login, but when they attempt theirs the animated PRTG loaded symbol appears and never goes away.
Tried deleting and re-adding the user, clearing cache/cookies, etc.
PRTG Network Monitor 13.2.3.2285 loaded with Mozilla/5.0 Firefox/21.0.

Hi,
by default a new user in PRTG has not permissions at all (which will result in the spinning wheel you described). You will have to grant explicit access to the objects the user should see. Therefore switch to tab Settings of any PRTG object and remove the tick from Access Rights. There set up the correct permissions and when the user is logging in the next time, h e should see these objects.
