Map Designer Objekt ausrichten

Guten Tag,

ich habe heute das Update 13.2.3.2220 installiert. Jetzt kann ich die Objekte im Map Designer nicht mehr mit den Pfeiltasten ausrichten. Soll das so sein oder mach ich was falsch?
