How to create one (SNMP Custom) sensor with two OID values? (without using Sensor Factory)

This is not possible. SNMP Custom sensors use one OID per sensor. Only SNMP Traffic sensors allow for two channels (in / out) and the combined values. This is not possible with other SNMP sensors. Sorry.
