I clicked install in the auto update under setup from the web interface.

please stop all PRTG services and then try to run the update manually.

you should be able to find the setup file here

C:\Program Files (x86)\PRTG Network Monitor\download

or

C:\Program Files\PRTG Network Monitor\download
