Hi there, this article actually does also apply to version 13, we just haven't updated it yet. If you want to change the data path settings for PRTG, you need to go into the Server Administrator utility which is a separate program that installs with PRTG. Once you are in that program, you should see the tab for Core Server and there you can change the path after you have stopped the service.
